EVENSONG
A resort pool and a glowing pavilion at blue hour, Arizona

Image and film house

The hour they remember.

One crew for stills, film and air. We wait for the hour your place is most itself, cast the guests you want next, and leave you a year of imagery that keeps working every day.

The name

Named for the evening song sung as the light turns gold.

The last forty minutes of sun, then the first thirty of blue. Hotels are photographed at that hour, and it is the hour all three of our studios have always chased. Every frame we publish carries its true place and light, and the clock time wherever the file proves it.

Live, worked out from the sun's position over each city. Golden hour is the last forty minutes before sunset; blue hour the thirty after.

Who we are for

The image and film house for hospitality and places, made for the guests who decide what comes next.

Hotel, resort and restaurant groups. Luxury builders and master planned communities. Cities and cultural institutions. What they share is one guest to win: the friend group in its late twenties to late thirties, with the planner who books the stay.

We cast that guest, film the rituals as they happen, and build the year of posts before we leave. Nothing generated. Everything made in the place itself.

The signature offer

The Evensong Year.

One production that keeps working every day. It opens with the photographs a place needs to sell, and it ends with the year already planned.

  1. First

    The booking library

Every room type and amenity photographed clean, to the brand's own specifications, and delivered first. The place can sell before the campaign is even cut.

  2. At the hour

    One production, at the hour

Two to three days at the property across golden hour and blue hour, with talent and creators cast from the generation you want next, plus styling, props and a food stylist in your kitchens.

  3. Delivered

    Stills, film and air

Hero photographs in both crops, graded selects, a brand film with its cuts, aerial and every vertical pass, all delivered at source resolution. Images of your place are yours to keep.

  4. Before we leave

    The first ninety days

Before we leave, a ninety day calendar is built from the library at the cadence your team sets and loaded for your approval. Comments and messages stay with you.

  5. All year

    Evensong Daily

The always on studio keeps the year going with new imagery every month, at the same standard as the campaign.

Sold in three sizes, each a different count of days, cast and deliverables. A paid first step opens every one and is credited in full.

Three studios, one house

We kept chasing the same hour.

Paul Probst founded A.D.V. Media in Arizona in 2016, and it has delivered more than four hundred productions for clients like Toll Brothers, Culdesac and Scottsdale Arts. Jacob Oberhansly is its Director of Media, and he built FRAMElogic, a system that keeps clients posting all month.

Heather and Av Babayan founded Ani Studios, named for the Armenian word for grace, and photograph places like Soneva Jani, The Vanderbilt and Mayflower Inn.

We named the house for the evening song sung as the light turns gold: patient, grateful, and kept every day.

  • Grace

How we treat people on set and the places we are trusted with.

  • Patience

We wait for the light, the moment and the right person in the frame.

  • Stewardship

Every dollar of a budget should show on screen, and what we make keeps working long after the shoot.

  • Craft

The same standard for a hero campaign and a daily post.

  • Hospitality

We are guests in our clients' houses, and we behave like it.

The partners

Four people, four time zones.
